I was referred to Grant Brown by my Union of Operating Engineers and right from our initial meeting I had a comfort level with him. Grant readily explained my options and positioned my mortgage in such a way as to have me approved when two other Financial Institutions said I could not be approved for a mortgage. Grant not only arranged the mortgage quickly and efficiently, but obtained a lower interest rate than other two institutions were offering me! The fact that Randy and I live in the middle of nowhere Grant was able to do everything through fax and computer without us having to go to Toronto. I think that this is one of the most important aspects when you live in a small community your resources are not as great as you would like. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs to remortgage or need a new one. He was also able to get us an extremely low rate just before they started to rise again. My most important factor was the rate of interest. My wife and I were able to receive a very low rate and we are very happy with it. It will enable us to do the renovations that we needed to do on our home.
